The terms below cover this website, the free estimates we offer, and the text messages we send about your job.

About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to Triad Tree Removal LLC. Using the site or sending us an enquiry means you accept them. The work itself is covered by the written estimate we give you, and where the estimate and this page disagree, the estimate wins.
Text messaging program
We run a text messaging program so a real person can get back to you quickly about tree work. Here is exactly how it works.
What you get
Texts about the estimate you requested, scheduling and arrival times, crew updates on the day, and follow up about work already quoted or completed. We do not send mass marketing blasts.
How you sign up
By submitting our estimate form, sending us a message through the chat on this site, or texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Triad Tree Removal at the number you gave us. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can always call us instead at (336) 908-7990.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on your job. Most customers get a handful of messages around the estimate and the work itself.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the texts, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation message, and then nothing further. You can still call us any time.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network or handset.
Your privacy
Your number and your consent to be texted are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and we give them after looking at the tree, because the price depends on size, what is underneath it, and whether our equipment can safely reach it. The price we quote is the price you pay when the job is finished, unless you ask us to do more work than the estimate covered, or unless something we could not see changes the job. If that happens we tell you before we carry on.
An estimate is not a booking. The work is scheduled once you accept it.
Using this website
The text, photos and layout on this site belong to Triad Tree Removal LLC. The job photos are of our own work. Please do not copy them for another business. Do not use this site to send anything unlawful or to try to break it.
Reviews
The reviews shown on this site are taken from our public Google profile and are the words of the customers who wrote them.
Limits
We keep this website accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error free, and the general information on it is not a substitute for having someone look at your tree. Nothing here limits our liability for the work we actually carry out, which is covered by our insurance and by the estimate you signed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when we last did.
